No Substitute For Life, RAMH's annual memorial football tournament held in Ferguslie, Renfrewshire, returns on October 10th.

This Annual Memorial football tournament is to celebrate the memory of those we have lost to suicide and also promote awareness and understanding of suicide.

The event consists of a 7-aside tournament for ALL, to raise awareness of suicide and show support for all those looking for help and advice around their own mental health. In addition to football there will be live music, speakers, kids entertainment and refreshments.

Entry Forms available at RAMH offices or for online entry contact graham.cossar@ramh.org. Closing Date for team entries 1st October.
